Tulsi or Holy Basil: Anti-oxidant Tonic
Tulsi also known as the Holy Basil, is regarded as the most sacred herb in Indian folk medicine. It has been used in the Ayurvedic system for balancing and toning the energetic 'CHAKRA' system. It is usually grown in the gardens of temples or as a household plant in India. It has antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties and supports good health and normal function of the whole body.
